I created this business in response to many requests by my media colleagues to understand the value of their print, digital, event and associated assets in a constantly shifting market.
In some cases many had no exit strategy, little understanding of the M&A process and had not correctly established the foundation for a successful due diligence.
My media background, network and experience in these processes were the backbone in establishing this business. In addition I enjoy working with companies who wish to build equity through acquisition and/or brand extension and use my network to add value to the process and work with clients to achieve results.
